I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a graduate certificate in Animal Assisted Social Work, providing outpatient psychotherapy for adults and young adults. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-87f9cb0540e00e729b44790413cd86a1\" style=\"text-transform:none\">My work is grounded in trauma\u2011informed, collaborative care and is oriented toward helping people navigate stress, life transitions, and longer\u2011standing emotional patterns. Gem City Mental Wellness is intentionally structured as a community\u2011based practice. While much of the mental health landscape in Laramie is campus\u2011centered, my practice is rooted in serving adults who live and work in the broader Laramie area, including West Laramie and surrounding communities, as well as Jackson County, Colorado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-ff67fe333efeb8b4ccf42c745aba6581\" style=\"text-transform:none\"> I work with individuals who are looking for thoughtful, paced therapy that respects both their experiences and their autonomy. My approach emphasizes clarity, curiosity, and building skills that support long\u2011term stability rather than short\u2011term fixes. In addition to supporting adults from the broader Laramie community, I have experience working with veterans and adults with developmental and cognitive disabilities. When using insurance, coverage and benefits are typically verified in advance to help reduce the risk of unexpected costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-235fcc4665fabfa3b90608d081029148\" style=\"text-transform:none\">The practice is currently credentialed with select insurers, and available options can be discussed during the intake and scheduling process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-201cca075e4d71a167eeb73e9616e70f\" style=\"text-transform:none\">Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. I am licensed to practice in both Wyoming and Colorado. I hold a master&#8217;s degree (MSW) and maintain licensure in good standing in both Wyoming (LCSW) and Colorado (CSW). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-3-color has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-04f86a5b0f9a08ea946bca922ceefdd3\" style=\"text-transform:none\">Services are provided through a private, appointment\u2011based practice and may be delivered via telehealth or through limited in\u2011person sessions in Laramie.
