I wanted to share a little more about myself and my approach to therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing outpatient psychotherapy in Laramie, Wyoming, serving adults in the surrounding community as well as clients in Colorado through telehealth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My work is grounded in trauma\u2011informed, collaborative care and is oriented toward helping people navigate stress, life transitions, and longer\u2011standing emotional patterns. Gem City Mental Wellness is intentionally structured as a community\u2011based practice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While much of the mental health landscape is campus\u2011centered, my practice is rooted in serving adults who live and work in the broader Laramie area and rural populations, including West Laramie and surrounding communities, as well as Jackson County, Colorado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I work with individuals who are looking for thoughtful, paced therapy that respects both their experiences and their autonomy. My approach emphasizes clarity, curiosity, and building skills that support long\u2011term stability rather than short\u2011term fixes. In addition to supporting adults from the broader Laramie community, I have experience working with veterans and adults with developmental and cognitive disabilities. My practice focuses on adult outpatient therapy in Laramie and surrounding rural areas, with additional telehealth services available throughout Wyoming and Colorado. I approach this work with attention to pacing, structure, and respect for individual autonomy within complex systems.<\/p>\n<\/div>

How I Work: A Hybrid Model<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

My practice operates using a hybrid model of care, combining telehealth with in\u2011person psychotherapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Telehealth services available to clients in Wyoming and Colorado<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • In\u2011person sessions available in Laramie on a limited weekly basis<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A collaborative, paced approach to therapy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    In\u2011person appointments are intentionally scheduled in advance and are part of a structured, appointment\u2011based practice. This practice does not offer walk\u2011in or crisis services.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Billing & Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Billing, insurance participation, and payment arrangements are reviewed during the intake process and tailored to each client\u2019s circumstances. When using insurance, coverage and benefits are typically verified in advance to help reduce the risk of unexpected costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Additional insurance panels are in progress, including Medicare and Colorado Medicaid, and this list will be updated as credentialing is completed. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Secure payment links or invoices are provided directly to clients following scheduling via a secure messaging platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing outpatient psychotherapy for adults and young adults. I am licensed to practice in both Wyoming and Colorado. I hold a master’s degree (MSW) and maintain licensure in good standing in both Wyoming (LCSW) and Colorado (CSW). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Services are provided through a private, appointment\u2011based practice and may be delivered via telehealth or through limited in\u2011person sessions in Laramie. Care is structured to support consistency, clarity, and long\u2011term therapeutic work. In\u2011person services are offered on a limited, scheduled basis.
